No. The Department of Justice requires that each applicant be re-fingerprinted with every new application for employment. For your privacy and protection, personal background information cannot be shared between agencies.

A: Please bring all of the documents that you need to be notarized (and all pages of each).
You must show a current government identification card (ID) that has been issued within the past five (5) years [per Civil Code Section 118(c)(3)&(4)]. The ID must have a photograph, description and signature of the person, and an identifying number.
Examples of appropriate IDs:
- Driver's license or identification card issued by the California Department of Motor Vehicles
- U.S. Passport
- Foreign Passport
- Military ID card
- Consular card
- Tribal ID card
In the event that none of these forms of ID are available, two credible witnesses who fulfill all three of the following requirements must come with you.
- Personally known the signer
- Are not named in the document(s)
- Do not have a financial interest in the document(s)
- Both credible witnesses must have proper ID, as described above.
We can fingerprint you and request a copy of your criminal records check on your behalf, via our FBI Channeler. The report will be sent to your personal email within 24-48 business hours.
If you had your Live Scan done with our agency, contact us so that we can re-take your fingerprints. Bring the rejection notice and a new completed Live Scan Request Form. THERE WILL BE NO ADDITIONAL FEE FOR THE RE-SUBMISSION.
A minor is any applicant under the age of 18. The following applies to all minors who need Live Scan services.
All minors mut be accompanied by a parent
The parent must provide one of the following:
Valid driver’s license (any state in the U.S.) or valid California Identification card or
Valid passport
The last name on the identification document provided by the parent MUST match the name of the minor
